Returns & Exchanges Policy

Summary: Digital downloads are non‑refundable once the download link is issued. Physical items follow the 14‑day (EU/UK) right of withdrawal for non‑custom goods. We do not offer exchanges; where applicable we process a refund.
1) Scope
This policy applies to purchases made through our online store. Most products are instant digital patterns (PDF). From time to time we offer physical items (e.g., crochet/macramé pieces).
2) Digital products (instant download)

Files are delivered automatically after payment.

Under EU law, for digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, you lose the right of withdrawal once you consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge the loss of that right.

Therefore, digital downloads are non‑refundable and not eligible for exchanges.

Technical exception: if a file is corrupted or the link cannot be accessed due to an error on our side, we will re‑send the files or issue a refund if that’s not possible.
We display a consent clause at checkout/product: “I authorize immediate delivery of the digital content and acknowledge that I lose my right of withdrawal.”
3) Physical items

We do not offer exchanges for size/color or preference.

Withdrawal (EU): for non‑custom goods you may withdraw within 14 days of receipt, without giving any reason.

Exceptions: no returns for custom‑made or personalized items, or goods that cannot be returned in resaleable condition.

Condition: item must be new, unused, with original tags/packaging. We may deduct any loss in value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature and characteristics of the goods.

Return shipping: at the customer’s cost unless the item is faulty or we made a mistake. Use a trackable service; we are not responsible for parcels lost in transit.

Refund timing: once received and inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days of your withdrawal notice (we may withhold the refund until we receive the goods or proof of return).

Damaged/defective items: contact us within 48 hours with photos; we’ll offer repair, replacement, or refund depending on availability.
4) How to start a return (physical items)

We’ll provide the return address and instructions. Do not send any parcel without prior authorization.

Pack securely and keep the receipt/tracking number.
5) Cancellations

Digital items: cannot be cancelled once the download link has been issued.

Physical items: you may cancel before shipment. If already shipped, you can exercise your right of withdrawal after receiving the parcel.
6) International orders
Duties/taxes charged by customs are not refundable by us. Mark returns as “Returned goods” to avoid additional charges.
