Shipping Policy — Ars Onirika

Most of our products are instant digital downloads. From time to time we offer physical items (e.g., crochet or macramé pieces).


1) Digital products (instant download)

  • Delivery: once your payment is confirmed you will receive an instant email with your download link. If you don’t see it within 10–15 minutes, check Promotions/Spam or your order status page.

  • Shipping fees: not applicable to digital products.

  • Technical issues: if the file fails to download or appears corrupted, contact us and we’ll resend/restore your download links at no extra cost.

  • Download limits: anti‑fraud measures may apply (limited attempts or expiry). If you need the link reset, just ask.

  • Compatibility: patterns are provided as PDF files (Bundles will be provided in .zip/.rar files). Please ensure your device can open/save PDFs before purchasing.

Important: digital downloads do not require shipping and are generally non‑refundable (see Returns Policy). Exceptions apply if delivery fails due to our error.


2) Physical items (when available)

  • Processing time: 2–5 business days. During peak seasons processing may take longer.

  • Methods & destinations: standard postal/courier services. We ship to Spain, EU, UK, USA (NOT AVAILABLE ATM) and Canada. If your country isn’t available at checkout, please contact us.

  • Estimated delivery times (not guaranteed):

    • Spain: 2–5 business days

    • EU / UK: 5–10 business days

    • USA / Canada: 7–14 business days (USA: NOT AVAILABLE ATM)

    • Rest of world: 10–20 business days

  • Shipping cost: calculated at checkout based on destination and package size/weight. Occasional free‑shipping promotions may apply.

  • Tracking: if available, a tracking number will be emailed to you.

  • Duties & taxes: international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes or fees charged by the destination country. These charges are the customer’s responsibility.

  • Wrong address / unclaimed parcels: if a parcel is returned due to an incorrect/incomplete address or not being collected, we can reship it once new shipping costs are paid.

  • Lost or damaged parcels: please contact us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date. We’ll open a claim with the carrier and offer a reasonable solution (replacement or partial refund, subject to availability).

Mixed orders containing both digital and physical items: downloads are available instantly; the physical item ships separately according to the timelines above.


3) Returns, refunds and cancellations

  • Digital items: non‑returnable once the download link has been sent, except in case of technical failure attributable to us.

  • Physical items: see our Returns & Exchanges Policy for terms and timeframes.

  • Cancellations: please contact us as soon as possible. If the parcel has been shipped or the download link issued, cancellation may not be possible.
